Rehab Pilates
Pilates is a valuable tool to reduce pain and tension, restore optimal movement, build strength, and restore your core + pelvic floor strength. Following a thorough Physiotherapy assessment, our team might prescribe Pilates training (mat + reformer) as an essential part of your treatment plan. Our highly trained practitioners have a strong understanding of the intricate connection between core strength, pelvic floor function and overall health – our rehab sessions are designed to accelerate your recovery and bring you back to a state of optimal function and well-being.


Prenatal Pilates Class
5 - Week Series - Thursdays @ 12:00pm
Join us in a safe, supportive environment as we guide you through tailored Reformer Pilates exercises that promote vitality and a strong foundation for you and baby. Build strength, connect with your pelvic floor & abdominals, and build resilience during pregnancy with prenatal Pilates curated by our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists. Build confidence in moving safely throughout pregnancy from first trimester until delivery in
either a small group class or one-on-one session.
Postnatal Pilates Class
Empower your journey through motherhood with our specialized Postnatal Pilates programs, thoughtfully curated by our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists. Reconnect with your pelvic floor and enhance abdominal strength in a safe and supportive environment. Our tailored approach to Pilates will help you regain vitality, build resilience, and foster a strong foundation during your postpartum journey in either a small group class (mat and/or reformer) or one-on-one sessions.
